The yearly service package includes the following:

By having your yearly service performed by CNCROTARY.COM, you can benefit from a lifetime warranty for your on-site LEV units, providing you with peace of mind knowing that any future repairs or replacements will be covered. This can potentially result in significant cost savings over the lifespan of the unit. These means there are absolutely NO OTHER COSTS of any nature in keeping and maintaining your Mistmaster(s) for the lifetime of the machine.
Opting for monthly payments results in approximately 15% savings.
Our LEV test procedure (included within service package):
- RAMS Review (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).
- Visual inspections of motor, filters, and body.
- Calculation of air change (ACH) rate.
- Visual inspections of external and internal ducting condition.
- Face velocity tests.
- Fan/motor rotation check
- Review of previous LEV test and commissioning.
- Indicative particle count test.
- Pressure gauge reading.
- Coolant piping check (hoses connected, no droops in flex).
- Examination of working practices and processes.
- Digital LEV test reports available on a dedicated customer portal
