Placing an Order

We have made “Buying Online” in the CNCROTARY.COM Shop as simple and as easy as possible. Please see our usual terms for pricing and delivery below, if you have any questions, please use the chat box, or contact +44 (0)1246 206000.

Just browse our shop, click on any items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket. If you have any queries about an item, its specification or what may be included within the purchase, please contact us on +44 (0)1246 206000 or use the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen before placing an order.

Once you are completely satisfied that the item you have chosen is what you need, add it to your cart. When you have completed shopping go to the checkout and complete the checkout form which will require your invoicing, shipping, and payment details.

You have options regarding the most suitable delivery method, which includes having the product shipped to your door or you can collect from our trade counter.

Select a payment method and add any comments relating to your order should you so wish. If you have received a gift voucher or coupon code, please tick the relevant box to ensure that they are added to your order.

Make sure that you have read and agreed to CNCROTARY.COM’s terms and conditions and then click the pay now button.

Paying by credit or with debit card you will be taken to Stripe, secure payment form, where you will need to complete your card payment information.

Once your order has been completed you will receive an email notifying you of your order and shipping / collection arrangements.

Tax Charges

Don’t forget when selecting your product, if you are a UK customer, VAT will be added to the sale value at checkout at the prevailing rate. For orders being shipped directly outside the UK, VAT will not be added to the sale price. However, your VAT (TVA) or other tax number will be required at the point of checkout, or VAT will be added automatically.

As an export customer, if you are having difficulty in finding your tax identification and are unable to void the added tax amount please contact us by CHAT, or call +44 1246 206000 or email us on sales@cncrotary.com for further assistance.
All purchases are totally secure with Stripe Merchant Services which is level 1 compliant.

Should you prefer to use PayPal, you're welcome to do so. Please note that any associated PayPal fees will be added to your total. Contact us if you'd like to proceed with this payment option.

Shipping & Handling

Provided the goods are in stock we aim to process and ship in the UK within 24 hours of the order being received, except at weekends or National Holidays.

Our couriers collect at 3.00pm Monday to Friday. If your consignment misses our cut off time it will be shipped the next working day.

For items that are not in stock and for those outside of the UK; please contact CNCROTARY.COM on 01246 206000 or use the Chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen for a more precise shipment time.

Please be advised that if you are ordering a bespoke product that requires modifications to suit your needs then shipment will exceed the 24-hour period stated above. You can receive a delivery time quotation by using the chat box or contacting us via the methods below.

 

 


Annual Service Plan


  1. Introduction

1.1 By accessing and using CNCROTARY.COM (the "Site"), and by purchasing products or services through the Site, you ("User") agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Site and its services, including any transactions conducted through the Site or with CNCROTARY.COM (“The Company”).

 

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the Site, which includes, but is not limited to, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

 

  1. Subscription and Payment

2.1 Subscription Initiation: By registering for a subscription on CNCROTARY.COM, you agree to provide a valid payment method and authorise us to charge you for (i) a recurring monthly subscription fee, and (ii) fees for any promotions you opt into, each at the current rate.

 

2.2 Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify pricing for our subscriptions and promotions at our sole discretion. Any changes in pricing will be communicated via email and will not affect your statutory rights.

 

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds: Subscriptions are subject to recurring charges. You are responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation. Cancellation may result in the loss of warranty and service, without a right to refund. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information.

 

2.4 Annual Service Details: Our service operates on a monthly subscription basis, with the fee set at £35.99 per month for each unit. This subscription covers a complete annual service at the end of each 12-month period, which includes an LEV test and re-certification. Please note that depending on usage and machining schedule, it may be necessary to replace filters before the yearly service. Customers are responsible for ordering and paying for these additional filters, and for arranging their installation by authorised personnel.

 

2.5 Late Payment Charges: Any late payments will incur a £30 charge. An automatic payment attempt will be made 7 days after the original payment failure. Should the second charge fail, a further £30 charge will be added, and the contract may be subject to cancellation. Clients are advised to contact CNCROTARY.COM in advance to discuss any payment issues and avoid any additional charges and reschedule payments.

 

2.6 Cancellation on Missed Payments: If payments are missed on three separate occasions, the Annual Service Plan agreement will be considered cancelled. The client will be offered the option to arrange alternative payment methods.

 

  1. Service Cancellation

3.1 No Prorated Refunds: Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will not be entitled to a prorated refund for any part of the subscription fee for the current period.

 

3.2 Upon receipt of your notice to cancel, your service and extended warranty package will be immediately cancelled. Please note that new subscriptions cannot be commenced until any outstanding payments since the original cancellation are cleared and bought up to date. You will be notified in writing of the cancellation and its effective date, as well as any additional steps, charges, or information relevant to the process.

 

  1. Right to Revoke Subscription

We reserve the right to revoke your subscription if:

4.1 Payments are missed on more than one occasion.

4.2 Payments are late or delinquent more than three times within a 12-month period.

4.3 Our products are used in a manner contrary to the provided instructions.

4.4 We reserve the right to revoke your subscription for any other legitimate reason. Such reasons will be communicated to you in writing, providing an opportunity for you to rectify the grounds for revocation, should you so wish. Any outstanding payments will be due immediately on the re-commencement of the subscription payments.
