TJR AD-250HS is a 250mm diameter HIGH SPEED direct drive CNC rotary table, complete with inbuilt 2000rpm DD motor and can be prepared to suit most interfaces at very little, if any, additional cost. The model number relates directly to the faceplate diameter.
The TJR model type AD can be controlled directly from the machine tool control or via a separate programmable box via M signal start.

This is an ideal design of product for any VMC machine, particularly those with a medium sized working envelope with high spindle and axis speed. The 2000rpm maximum speed provides speedy and accurate positioning and with a pneumatic brake, a 6 bar air line is required. This unit will require a cooling system.
On this model the motor would be mounted around the central spindle, creating high speed backlash free positioning. There is a through hole capability should you want to machine long bar components that need to be mounted through the centre hole of the table.
Direct axis measurement provides high accuracy of position and for a reduction in component positioning time, this is the device to select. This unit also has a 2 port distributor built in.
In selecting a direct mount motor version you should consider the Y axis travel of the machine and if there would be any interference between the electrical guard of the rotary table and the rear panel of the machine, particularly when referencing the machine.
Additional equipment available for this device would be a high speed and matching tailstock. There are options for conventional, pneumatic or bearings style tailstocks for this device.
