The Lehmann EA-507 is the smallest device in the range with a centre height of 110mm and a spindle nose of the 70mm which can accept a whole host of accessories directly and is supplied as standard with a HSK-A63 spindle arrangement. There are options of increased precision gear versions, raised centre height to 150mm, chucking options and rotary couplings to meet any demand, so please contact our technical sales department to discuss your exact requirements. This device in the first instance is a vertical and horizontal device with the motor mounted to the left hand side (right hand motor mount option is available) there is no rear mount motor option currently available on this device. An excellent carrying capacity of 120kg vertically and 240kg between centres and speeds up to 120rpm dependent on motor selection. The Lehmann EA-507. The Lehmann products now come fitted, as standard, with their own “Lehmann blackBOX” which allows for instant user monitoring of the device, showing the status of all switches, valves, the 24V supply condition, a service light showing when the device requires a service. In addition, remote monitoring is also possible via a USB connection. The Lehmann devices are modular and can therefore be constructed as multi-spindle devices or built into 5 axis assemblies in various configurations.
