The Zeatz products are tried and tested in the harshest environments with a number of special applications having been installed by us in the UK for more than 20 years, still performing well. The Zeatz devices are renowned for their rigidity, power and accuracy and a last forever philosophy at a reasonable price. The Zeatz devices are modular and can therefore be constructed as multi-spindle devices or built into 5 axis assemblies in various configurations. The Zeatz is an ideal mid to large size VMC, drilling or tapping centre device or can be used on a range of large VMC or HMC machines due to the excellent carrying capacity, with a centre height of 500mm in the vertical plane and a spindle nose of around 307mm (12”) which can accept a whole host of accessories directly.

A heavy duty CNC rotary table for use in both Vertical & Horizontal plane, designed to provide for heavy load capacity and high accuracy, with the added bonus of a large bore, enabling long or cumbersome components to be passed through the centre of the table. There are options of increased gear precision versions, using the Renishaw encoder ring technology that provides very high accuracy to 2 seconds of arc, for a reasonable investment. This device in the first instance is a vertical and horizontal device with motor mounted to the left hand side (right hand motor mount version is available). An excellent carrying capacity of 3,000kg vertically and 6,000kg horizontally or between centres and speeds up to 12rpm dependent on motor selection. The unit has a net weight of around 2,250kg and this needs to be taken into account when calculating the machine tool carrying capacity. The Zeatz PHV CNC rotary table without motor, can be prepared to suit any interface at additional cost (see our interface listings for details and costs for “external interface” which includes motor, switch, cable and connector requirements ;(if you already have a “4th axis interface” in the machine) and machine interface costs (if you do not have the additional axis fitted). Motor is mounted to the left hand side on this device and may restrict the Y axis capability in certain circumstances.
