The UCAM URH-170 is a small but powerful CNC rotary table device. This is the ideal design of product for any VMC machine, particularly those with a good working envelope. This device features a faceplate diameter of 170mm, however due the carrying capacity when paired with the tailstock, if you have a larger VMC and are doing work on heavier jobs (<200kg) you could mount this device and the tailstock on raiser blocks and swing larger diameters in a more stable and robust setup than its standard design suggests.

The unit has a 40mm spindle bore directly through the table for maching long bar jobs and a has a centre height of 135mm. An excellent carrying capacity of 200kg with tailstock pairing verus 100kg indivdually, with speeds of up to 33.3rpm in the rotary axis (Based on a 3,000rpm motor). The UCAM URH-170 CNC rotary table is offered prepared to suit fanuc controls at no additional cost. Rotary axis motor is mounted to the right hand side on this device but shouldn’t have any restriction to the Y axis capability.
