TJR FAR-170B Tilting CNC Rotary Table

The TJR FAR-170B (Rear mounted motor version) is a heavy duty small but agile, CNC rotary table tilting device, ideally suited to the mid-sized machining centres or for small VMC machines, featuring a faceplate diameter of 170mm and extensive titling range for multiple uses. This device is around 1076mm in length and 395mm in overall width subject to motor selection, which suits machining directly under the tooling spindle. The centre line of tilt being 272mm from the centre line to the rear of the machine table. The unit has an exceptional tilting range of -100 to + 100 degrees.

The unit has a 40mm spindle bore directly through the table and a has a centre height of 210mm in the vertical position (90 degrees) and 270mm in the horizontal position (0 degrees) with faceplate. An excellent carrying capacity of 50kg through the whole tilting range and 75kg horizontally or more between centres and speeds of up to 33.3rpm to both axes, dependent on motor selection. (Based on a 3,000rpm motor). Rotary axis motor is mounted to the right hand side on this device and the tilt axis motor is mounted in a left hand facing direction on the far side of the device and may restrict the X axis capability in certain circumstances. This range of TJR devices come with dual lead worm and wheel, which means that backlash adjustment, should it ever be required, is simple.
