This device is a superb device operated by hydraulic supply and is a very high accuracy high load carrying 4 x 90 degree indexer (angle options could be increased by arrangement). This is an ideal way of indexing a component through 4 positions with extreme accuracy (+/- 3 seconds, repeating to 1 second of arc, better than most servo driven machine axes), it can be operated via manual control panel or automated via a machine tool control. This device is offered complete with its high capacity hydraulic tank and all pipework and valves and requires very little investment to automate, that is to say, no axis drives are required.

This device is perfect for simple indexing of 90 degree positions to extreme accuracy carrying up to 5 tons in component weight, will deal with most things in its size category. Hirth coupling systems are a fantastic way to achieve simple positions rigidly and extremely accurately without the need for complicated interface elements and cost.
