The Jones & Shipman parts are no longer available and connecting a different device to the Jones & Shipman interface on the Bridgeport analogue interface is reasonably straight forward but not simple for someone who has no experience of the changes that will be required. This device will plug and play directly to the original connectors, having the identical electrical installation and the same hydraulic clamping requirement, meaning if your Jones & Shipman has seen better days, why not disconnect it and replace it with this device. If you have a Bridgeport with a Heidenhain control and have the standard Bridgeport interface, this device will simply plug in and go. This unit will work with Siemens, Bosch or Control Techniques drives. Complete with 4m long standard interface cables (connector type 24-7P and 16-10P) 4m hydraulic hose with quick release fitting CNC SEM motor and CNC ROD456-100 encoder.
