Manual Tailstocks

A number of tailstocks will have exchangeable centres, some makers preferring their own straight mount diameter and others using conventional Morse Taper location for use with standard fixed or rotating centres. In each case we will specify.

The larger the Morse Taper, the more rigid the tailstock is likely to be from a machining, vibration and rigidity point of view.
