The CNCROTARY.COM rental scheme has been created to provide a solution to a long term problem for engineering companies who would like to be able to widen their own customer base by offering four and five axis machining facilities and either do not have the funds for an outright purchase or just want to dip their toes into the water.

The rental scheme provides a facility for the sub-contract engineer to quote for work that would normally be outside their capacity, but the job may not stand the cost of a purchase of additional capital equipment.

We have available a number of tables of various sizes complete with independent controller, that work from a simple ‘M’ signal command from the machine tool. The system is a full servo axis and will therefore perform all the tasks of a full 4th axis or in the case of a tilting table a full 4th and 5th axis control will perform, even to the extent of contour milling.

A full training course is provided free of charge with the rental and telephone programming support is available during the rental period.

We also have available a table prepared for a standard Bridgeport VMC 4th axis (standard Bridgeport analogue interface) which will connect directly to an existing standard interface fitted by the manufacturer. This will work directly through the screen of the machine control as a B axis. Delivery and set up is included within the rental price.

Notes relating to the rental scheme
1) Tables are rented on a monthly basis, with a minimum rental period of 2 months
2) The client is responsible for any loss or damage during the rental period.
3) The rental fees have a sliding scale of charges subject to rental period
4) Products are warranted for parts and labour repairs during the rental scheme
5) Rental fees are payable monthly in advance
6) The products provided remain the property of CNCROTARY.COM at all times
