With extensive experience in rotary design and optimisation of additional machine axes, we can provide a total solution from 75mm to 5,000mm diameter or square carrying up to 150 tons.
We are appointed sellers of a number of manufacturer’s products, allowing us to select the right product for the application, not just to select it because it is the only unit in our range, be it on a price or technical basis or combining the right balance between the two. We are approved repairers for most makes of rotary table and
carry a large number of spares and accessories for many makes as well as carrying on our shelves, the necessary motors and drives for a wide number of standard machine interfaces.
We not only carry the spares but in many cases the rotary tables themselves, being able to provide high quality rebuilt product to an “as new” standard, on many occasions these are at less than half of the price of a new unit from the manufacturer. All our supplies carry a minimum of 12 months parts and labour service and support, many even more than that.
A rotary table is a reasonably simple device and once rebuilt, is as good as new, as the castings themselves generally do not wear. Only the bearings, seals and in some cases the driving gear itself need replacement. All our rebuilt tables are taken right back to the base casting and rebuilt from scratch, nothing is overlooked.
